Thanks to Coronavirus, churches are closed not just in Jerusalem but around the world. And for practising Christians, not being able to come together at Easter is especially painful.

Easter’s also one of the few times in the year when the pews are often crowded.

But the shutdown of religious activity doesn’t just affect the faithful. Twenty of the twenty-five biggest welfare agencies in Australia are faith-based.
